Our flexible client concierge service is for those who are happy to be independent but who still want the safety net of 24-hour support from a company they can trust. We’ll apply our knowledge, experience and ‘everything’s possible’ approach, so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands for your holiday.
In-Resort Ski Services
Our experienced teams in our full service resorts ensure you make the most of your time on the slopes. We take care of all the details, like shuttles to and from the slopes, arranging mountain lunches, hand delivering you ski passes, coordinating your equipment rentals, confirming any private instruction and providing complimentary ski guiding so that you can really enjoy your skiing.
In-Resort Summer Services
Our dedicated teams in our full service summer resorts ensure you receive all of the attention and support you need to enjoy the perfect family holiday. We take care of all your requirements, from transport, sports activities and children’s programmes, to restaurant reservations, spa and treatment bookings, so you can sit back and relax on your holiday.

PB Private Flights
Don’t miss your space on one of our private flights from London Heathrow Terminal 5 during the busiest ski week of the year, February Half Term. Our clients enjoy a private check-in experience, greeted by our friendly teams on both sides of their journey and a spacious and exclusive flight offering complimentary ski carriage, additional luggage allowances on request, nutritious in-flight menus and seating arrangements to suit your family.
