● Coordinating a wide range of administrative responsibilities in the areas of Sales & Client Concierge (including confirmation documents, bespoke itineraries, invoicing checks and feedback processing).
● Assist with Clients’ pre-travel queries in conjunction with the Client Concierge team.
● Assistance with maintaining and updating various stock inventories including flights, hotel rates, booking offers and contracting notes onto our bespoke inventory management and booking system.
● Conduct independent research on resorts, accommodation, activities to support the Concierge team.
● Assist with hotel communications including room summaries, invoice checking and refunds.
● Contribute to creating a positive and dynamic atmosphere within the team and within the company by displaying a professional and proactive attitude on all matters.
