Travel Advisor & Agency Partnerships

Powder Byrne works with selected travel advisors and agencies who want to introduce their clients to our specialist ski and mountain holidays, family programmes and in-resort services.

A specialist product for your clients. A straightforward partnership with you.

Work with Powder Byrne in the Way That Suits You

Powder Byrne holidays are not distributed through traditional travel channels.

Our Travel Advisor & Agency Partnership programme gives approved partners exclusive access to our product knowledge, training and the support needed to confidently sell Powder Byrne holidays to their clients.

For partners who prefer a simpler model, we also offer a referral partnership, where you introduce the client to Powder Byrne and our team manages the enquiry and booking directly.

Our Trade & Partnerships team can help with product selection, destination guidance, operating dates, pricing, availability and the detail behind our services and children’s programmes.

The Two Ways to Work with Powder Byrne

1. Sell Powder Byrne to Your Client

For advisors who want to remain the main point of contact and manage the client relationship themselves.

We provide the product training, destination knowledge and ongoing sales support you need to advise your client with confidence.

Our Trade & Partnerships team can help with:

  • Choosing the right destination or product week
  • Hotel selection
  • Current operating dates and availability
  • Pricing and inclusions
  • Powder Byrne Children’s programmes
  • Powder Byrne ski guiding and in-resort services
  • Group, family and multi-generational requirements
  • Specialist requests

You remain client-facing, with our team supporting you behind the scenes.

The Two Ways to Work with Powder Byrne

2. Refer Your Client to Powder Byrne

For advisors who prefer not to manage the full sale.

You introduce the client to Powder Byrne and our team can take over the enquiry, proposal and booking process directly.

The referral remains recorded against you as the introducing partner, with eligible referral rewards paid in accordance with agreed partner terms.

This gives you a simple way to offer Powder Byrne without needing to manage every detail yourself.

Product Training & Sales Support

Powder Byrne is a specialist product, and much of the difference sits in the detail.

Our partnership team helps advisors understand not just where we operate, but how the Powder Byrne service works and which clients are best suited to it.

Training and support can include:

  • Resort and hotel guidance
  • Seasonal product weeks
  • Children’s programmes
  • Client Concierge
  • Powder Byrne Ski Guiding
  • Resort Management
  • PB Ski Butler Services
  • PB Drivers and resort transport
  • Group and private travel
  • PB Private Flights
  • Current pricing and availability

The aim is to give you enough knowledge to recognise the right opportunity and sell Powder Byrne with confidence.

What Happens After the Booking?

Once the holiday is confirmed, our Client Concierge team begins the detailed planning.

This can include ski school, children’s programmes, equipment, transfers, restaurants, mountain dining, spa appointments, activities and individual requests.

At this stage, we can work in whichever way best suits your relationship with the client.

Our Client Concierge can:

  • Work directly with the client
  • Continue through you as the advisor
  • Or work with a combination of both

You decide how involved you want to remain.

Client Concierge & In-Resort Delivery

Where Powder Byrne operates a dedicated Resort Team, the planning completed before travel is handed over into resort.

Depending on the holiday, clients may have access to:

  • Resort Management
  • Powder Byrne Ski Guides
  • PB Ski Butler & Ski Clinics
  • PB Drivers
  • Children’s Programme teams
  • Evening Hosts
  • Mountain Hosts
  • Private Nannies
  • In-resort support
  • 24/7 emergency assistance

This means the holiday is supported by the same wider Powder Byrne team from the planning stage through to delivery on the ground.

Why Sell Powder Byrne?

Powder Byrne has been creating specialist ski and mountain holidays since 1985, with a service model that goes far beyond arranging accommodation.

Our clients benefit from dedicated Client Concierge planning, Resort Management, Ski Guiding, children’s programmes, childcare, PB Ski Butler, PB Drivers and other in-resort services, all designed to make the holiday easier to manage and more personal to the people travelling.

Because Powder Byrne is not widely distributed through traditional travel channels, our approved partners have access to a specialist product with a high level of service and support built around it.

We work with selected travel agencies, independent advisors, private travel designers, luxury travel specialists, concierge businesses, family offices, private offices and other private client organisations.

Our Trade & Partnerships team supports you with product training, destination knowledge, pricing, availability and individual enquiries, helping you sell Powder Byrne with confidence while choosing how involved you want to remain in the client relationship.

A distinctive product for your clients, backed by the people who know and deliver it.

How the Commercial Partnership Works

We keep the commercial side of working with Powder Byrne simple and flexible.

Approved partners can either sell Powder Byrne directly on an agreed commission or net-rate basis, or refer the client to us and remain recognised as the introducing partner.

Commission can be up to 10% on eligible agent bookings, rising to up to 15% on qualifying bookings over £100,000. Alternatively, approved partners can work from an agreed net rate.

Eligible commission is normally paid within three working days of the client checking in, including international partner payments, subject to agreed terms.

Clear Attribution & Partner Support

All partners must be formally registered and clients must be clearly attributed before booking.

We operate a first-attribution model, so once an eligible enquiry has been registered to your agency, that relationship is recorded against the client.

Selected partners can also benefit from product training, marketing support, collaborative campaigns, content opportunities and support for private groups and high-value enquiries.

Powder Byrne is an established UK tour operator, ABTA Member V4890, ATOL 2763, with IATA accreditation 91253735.

Long-term relationships matter more to us than individual transactions.

Become a Registered Travel Partner

To sell or refer Powder Byrne holidays, your agency or business must first be registered with our Trade & Partnerships team.

Once approved, we will agree your preferred sales model, commission or net-rate structure, client attribution process and how you would like our Client Concierge team to work with you and your clients.
