What a fabulous holiday. PB attention to detail and removing all the aggravation of a ski holiday was superb. The whole PB team was excellent. The children loved them. Ski guiding was also really fun. It was our first time in Zermatt and we fell in love with the place. We may even have to change our normal desire to try a new ski resort each year. Zermatt is just too pretty and the restaurants too good to not return many more times I suspect.
Nothing was too much, every request was met with a smile and a ‘can do’ attitude, from the ski guides to kids club to the resort manager. This was our first PB holiday but we are already making plans for our next!
Powder Byrne team were amazing. Couldn’t have been more helpful give our hospital stay. Helped us beyond expectation on their day/night off.
Our high points were the PB guides, who were brilliant and great company. Our babysitter who the kids loved. The resort manager was brilliant despite being very unwell, she's a real trooper!
Another great PB experience. The Yeti manager was exceptional - a real credit to PB who made the holiday for our youngest son and therefore for us.’
"Expectations very high, therefore not exceed able!"
"All PB staff very friendly and helpful!"
"PB organised the kids well and made it fun for them. All three kids loved the PB staff!"
"Super helpful staff all round."
