Stuben

The former childhood home of ski pioneer and legend Hannes Schneider, the House Hannes Schneider has been transformed into an utterly amazing alpine townhouse whilst maintaining the authenticity of its roots. Schneider is the Arlberg region's most famous son and contributed greatly to the Arlberg's reputation as the 'Cradle of Alpine Skiing'.

Style and Tone

The resort of Stuben am Arlberg is one of the oldest mountain resorts in the world. Founded in the 14th century as shelter for travellers and traders, it later became the birthplace of one of the greatest pioneers of modern skiing, Hannes Schneider. Today it is a lovely ski village with direct access to the vast and popular Arlberg ski area.

House Hannes Schneider is truly unique. The original house dating from the mid 19th century, this one-of-a-kind property has been transformed into an iconic luxury Alpine townhouse. Arranged over four floors, a plethora of original features have been retained, including the authentic wooden beams. Sumptuous fabrics, modernist furnishings, beautiful antiques and striking art have been combined with aged woods, natural stones and traditional Austrian details to create a boho chic meets rock star and ski legend property at the height of style and comfort.

Accomodation

The chalet is set out over four floors, sleeping a total of 12-20 guests in seven en-suite bedrooms. The master suites boast their own cosy drawing/study rooms and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The drawing rooms can also be turned into additional bedrooms to sleep extra guests. Flexible accommodation, warm features and luxurious surroundings offer the perfect balance for medium and large groups.

Double Room

Complete with stylish alpine wood interiors and modern furnishings, the double rooms sleep two people and come with their own en-suite with a shower and bath.

Dining And Entertainment

House Hannes Schneider has a beautiful open plan dining area seating up to 20 people. The adjoining living room is the perfect place for relaxing in front of the open fireplace and enjoying an après ski drink and the plush cinema room is the ideal den to keep the children entertained. House Hannes Schneider can be booked on a fully catered or self catered basis.
