Upon arrival at the Hotel Valsana, you will be greeted by your friendly resort team, who will ensure everything is arranged as planned for your arrival. Your suite, room or apartment will be meticulously prepared, complete with a personalised Welcome Hamper and any bespoke requests you may have.

In the mornings, enjoy your breakfast and when ready, step into the ski boot room where our professional Ski Guides and Children’s Programme Teams stand ready to ensure your ski day begins. Our Powder Byrne shuttles will take you to the lifts where you can enjoy a day in the mountains.

As the sun sets, unwind in the inviting ambience of the Twist Lounge and arrange to meet your dedicated Ski Host. After an update on your children’s day, they will be able to assist you with any arrangements you wish. Afterwards, enjoy a romantic dinner at one of Arosa’s culinary delights, knowing your little ones are having a blast at Yeti Supper with their newfound friends.

Children in our ski programmes will have morning sign in and afternoon sign out’s from the hotel. In the evenings there is also an option for our Yeti Supper running from the hotel and babysitting services.

Whilst the hotel does not offer a shuttle service, our clients have acces to full Powder Byrne resort services including the ski guiding, fizz on the mountains, chocolates and resort drivers…
