Property highlights

The legendary «Chesa Grischuna» is located in the centre of traditional Klosters. The famous «Schellenursli» painter, Alois Carigiet, painted the façades and interiors, and it is a total work of art of local craftsmanship and design from the 1930s. The «Chesa» became internationally known in the 1940s and 50s, when Hollywood stars such as Greta Garbo, Audrey Hepburn, Bing Crosby and Gene Kelly stayed here. This gave the hotel the nickname «Hollywood on the Rocks».

Each rooms of the hotel are carefully designed to preserve the historical heritage in a modern interpretation fused with the alpine Bündner style.
The «Chesa» is also known for its culinary repertoire. With 14 Gault Millau points, the restaurant is one of the best in the whole region. Chances are high that you will see royal guests dining at the hotel’s restaurant during wintertime.
