PB Loyalty Rewards is our way of recognising and thanking clients who continue their journey with Powder Byrne. As an extension of our Client for Life philosophy, it reflects the relationships we build over time – thoughtful, personal and designed to enhance future holidays, not complicate them.

From carefully curated services to exceptional experiences, PB Loyalty Rewards allows you to enjoy more of what you love about travelling with Powder Byrne, simply by doing what you already do – trusting and choosing to travel with us.

PB Loyalty Rewards apply to Powder Byrne holidays travelled from 01 December 2025.

What You Receive

PB Loyalty Rewards allows you to earn points on eligible Powder Byrne holidays, which can then be redeemed against a curated collection of services and experiences on future travel.

These rewards are designed to enhance your holiday – from practical touches that make travelling with children easier, to memorable experiences that elevate a special trip.

Examples include:

  • Children’s winter and summer programmes
  • Private transfers, ski passes and equipment servicing
  • Spa treatments and welcome touches
  • Private instruction, guiding and signature adventures
  • Exclusive Client for Life experiences and weeks

Your reward points never expire while the programme remains active, and everything is handled seamlessly by your Client Concierge team.

How PB Loyalty Rewards Work

PB Loyalty Rewards is designed to be effortless.

  • Reward points are earned on completed Powder Byrne holidays
  • Reward points are credited automatically after you return from your trip
  • Reward points accrue to the lead client named on the booking
  • There is no need to track or manage your reward points yourself

Your Client Concierge team will always be happy to let you know your balance and how it could be used.

Enhanced Rewards

In recognition of long-term relationships and continued travel, Powder Byrne may award enhanced reward points in certain circumstances.

These may include:

Referrals: When you recommend a new client to Powder Byrne, you may receive enhanced rewards once they have travelled. This is our way of saying thank you for introducing others to the Powder Byrne experience.

Multiple holidays in one year: Clients travelling on more than one Powder Byrne holiday within the same calendar year may receive enhanced rewards on subsequent trips.

Client for Life milestones: We may also recognise significant milestones, such as five or ten years of travel with Powder Byrne, with enhanced rewards on a qualifying holiday.

Preferred Partners: PB Loyalty Rewards may also apply to eligible holidays booked through approved travel agents, companies or organisations participating in the Powder Byrne Preferred Partner Programme.

All enhanced rewards are awarded at Powder Byrne’s discretion and are subject to eligibility.

How You Can Use Your Reward Points

When do my reward points appear?

Reward points are credited automatically once the lead client has returned from their holiday.

Reward points may be redeemed against a carefully curated selection of Powder Byrne services and experiences on future holidays, subject to availability.

Your Client Concierge team will be happy to guide you through the options best suited to your plans.

Reward points can only be redeemed against future Powder Byrne holidays, not retrospectively, and are subject to availability.

If you recommend a new client and they complete a Powder Byrne holiday, you may receive enhanced reward points. Both parties’ points are credited once the referred client has returned from their trip.

No. Reward points do not expire, provided PB Loyalty Rewards remains active.

PB Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions

To ensure clarity and fairness, the following conditions apply:

Loyalty Reward Points
  • Reward points have no cash or monetary value
  • Reward points are not transferable
  • Reward points cannot be sold, gifted, assigned or inherited
  • Reward points may only be used by the lead account holder on the booking
  • Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds or price reductions outside the published redemption options
  • Reward points may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless expressly stated by Powder Byrne
  • Powder Byrne reserves the right to:
    • Amend or withdraw the PB Loyalty Rewards Programme at any time
    • Adjust the number of points required for any reward
    • Amend the list of redeemable rewards
    • Decline a redemption where operational, safety or logistical considerations apply
  • All double and triple reward points are subject to eligibility and approval
  • Enhanced reward points may not be combined unless expressly agreed upon by Powder Byrne
  • Powder Byrne reserves the right to limit, amend or withdraw enhanced reward points opportunities at any time

Participation in the PB Loyalty Rewards Programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Powder Byrne’s decision on all matters relating to the programme is final.
