Winter Opportunities

Our team provide the extra luxury details that make the Powder Byrne difference: private airport transfers, exclusive childcare facilities, ski guiding, mountain hosting and more. If you are someone who is capable of hard work and gets satisfaction from a high level of service, then you might be suited to joining one of our teams. Competition is fierce for all of our peak operational weeks, with a very high standard of applicants and returning team members.

The festive period between the 11th of December and the 8th of January, the February half term between the 8th and the 24th of February. Festive and Easter Holiday periods are available from 1 to 3 weeks and are offered to successful team members.

Introduce A Friend Referral Programme

If you have previously worked for Powder Byrne and know someone with the right skills and attitude to join our resorts, you could receive £100* for the introduction. Additionally, you could earn £150* by referring a Resort Driver who completes a successful contract with Powder Byrne. Terms and conditions apply.

All you need to do:

  • Introduce a new friend via email, or your friend must mention that you have referred them.
  • Your friend must be offered and accept a role with Powder Byrne.
  • Your friend must complete their training and contract to the Powder Byrne standard.
  • You will receive your reward at the end of the season.

Terms, Conditions, Eligibility & Exclusions apply: Only applies to new referees unknown to Powder Byrne.
