What happens after my consultation?
Following your 30-minute complimentary consultation, whether by phone or via email, your dedicated Powder Byrne expert will begin crafting a personalised holiday proposal tailored to you. This goes far beyond simply recommending accommodation. It involves detailed research, coordination with our trusted local specialists across time zones, and a deep understanding of your family’s preferences to design bespoke programmes, services and thoughtful touches.
Once complete, you’ll receive at least one personalised quote or suggested itinerary. For more complex or long-haul holidays, this process may take additional time and care.
We’re proud to offer this service on a complimentary basis to help you begin planning with confidence. However, we also want to be transparent. These proposals involve considerable professional time and expertise, and on occasion, we’ve found this service can be unintentionally taken advantage of.
If you wish to explore multiple alternative options, request further changes, or continue with additional consultation time beyond the original proposal, a planning fee of £200 + VAT per hour may apply. This fee will always be discussed in advance and will be fully deducted from your total holiday cost when you proceed with a booking.
