The MyPB App provides all of your travel information and your latest holiday itinerary, allowing you to plan ahead and enjoy the full extent of our Client Concierge service. The MyPB App is personalised to your holiday, displaying live information about your resort and Powder Byrne programmes, all of your confirmed bookings and a message board to communicate directly with our Client Concierge team.
The MyPB includes some exciting new features to enhance your experience with Powder Byrne including push notifications, inspiration for your next holiday, exclusive rewards and our current availability.
ABOUT SEAMLESS & SECURE
The Powder Byrne Seamless & Secure payment process provides a hassle-free client experience and more flexibility to add exclusive moments, Swiss Cook orders, additional private ski instruction, shopping requests, restaurant reservations and more client concierge services directly to one family holiday extra’s invoice which can be charged at the end of your holiday.
To ensure a seamless holiday payment experience, we require a valid credit or debit card to be held securely on account for the duration of your holiday via our PCI DSS Compliant tokenization gateway. Your card details can not be accessed by anyone inside or outside of Powder Byrne and no payment shall be taken from your account without your authorization for payment. You may, at any time, request for your payment information to be amended or removed, however, we do require a valid card to be held on account for the duration of your holiday.
