In-Depth Experiences

Take a closer look at some of the thrilling activities you'll be enjoying as part of the Icelandic Summer experience:

Puffin Tour

Cape Ingolfshofdi is an isolated headland on the coast halfway between Skaftafell in Vatnajokull National Park and Jökulsárlón ice lagoon. This historical nature reserve is home to thousands of nesting seabirds, like puffins and great skuas. The cape is named after the first settler of Iceland, Ingolfur Arnarson, who spent his first winter in Iceland there in the year 874 AD.

Riverjet Boat Tour

Conveniently located on the Golden Circle route, Iceland Riverjet operates in the white water rapids of Hvita river below Gullfoss waterfall. Speed through narrow basalt canyon, experience 360 spins on the white river and ride through the rapids. While onboard you also get to enjoy amazing scenery and rich bird life, all from open deltas, dramatic canyons and whitewater rapids.

Secret Lagoon

Choose a place of relaxation and rejuvenation for your geothermal hot bath experience. The Secret Lagoon is the perfect destination for those who would like seclusion, intimacy, and a little bit of Icelandic history as you float in the original swimming pool in Iceland.

Glacier Hike Private Tour

Here is your chance to visit a glacier and not just any glacier; this trip will take you to the frozen glacial tongue that is Sólheimajökull. It is a magnificent phenomenon, a rugged, raw and ever changing hub of ancient frozen water. You'll explore the crevasse riddled outlet glacier with its amazing ice formations, sinkholes and jagged ridges accompanied by an experienced glacier guide.
