Lost in the small archipelago of Zanzibar, The Residence offers a unique experience of luxury and relaxation in the vast Indian Ocean.
Highlights
The resort is tucked away amidst 80 acres of palm tree forests overlooking a mile-long white sand beach; there are 66 luxury villas, each with private pool and sea view as well as personal butlers. In order to explore the extensive and beautiful gardens, bicycles or a buggy with driver are provided for you to roam the property.
The hotel's kids club is also open daily for children aged 3-12.

Accommodation
All 66 villas are luxuriously appointed with contemporary, stylish furniture reminding guests of the island’s African and Omani heritage. On the deck outside, overlooking a private swimming pool (30 – 35 m2 and 1.2m deep), wicker chairs and day beds await the guests to relax in and enjoy the views. Bicycles are provided with each villa to explore the gardens and local area. Every one features all the mod-cons. (TV, internet, telephone,...)

Price Guide
Prices start from £1,180 per person sharing a Luxury Garden Pool Villa on half board for a 7 night stay. Children from 0-5 years stay free in their parent's room. These prices include private transfers, accommodation as indicated and Powder Byrne concierge service on selected dates.
