The spacious gardens, swimming pools and beautiful private beach are perfect for lazy days in the sun. Whilst the excellent tennis courts, golfing facilities, PADI diving, water-skiing and sailing courses will keep even the most active entertained.

Accommodation

Choose between the main hotel, which thanks to its proximity to the pools, restaurants and beach is very popular with younger families, or apartments and suites scattered on the shady hillside looking down over the bay. The Hermitage is typically Italian with a simple and understated style. Bedrooms have whitewashed walls, are bright and cheerful with warm terracotta tiles and colourful fabrics. With rooms also leading out onto the gardens for families who want to avoid steps and slopes, we can tailor your stay around your precise needs.

Restaurants and Bars

Our clients are drawn back to the Hermitage because of the exceptional food. Sumptuous breakfasts on the terrace, laid back beach lunches at La Ghiotta or delicious pizzas and grilled meats at the open-air Fuoco di Bosco, which also gets transformed into a spectacular evening barbeque twice a week where the chefs put on an amazing display.

Dinner at the hotel is an institution. Everyone enjoys dressing for dinner after a day on the beach - although it is not stuffy or formal. Relax and enjoy the theatre of the traditional Italian way, with crisp white table cloths and waiters in immaculate uniforms running around big family tables. Each evening you'll be treated to delicious Tuscan specialities, local fish and seafood and steaks from the Tuscan mainland, rounded off with amazing desserts from the pastry chefs.

Spas and Pampering

The hotel doesn't need a spa to pamper its guests. You'll feel it the moment you stroll down to the beach and you are shown to your reserved sun lounger - there's never any need to rush! For those who do want to enjoy a massage or a treatment the Beauty Centre offers a good range as well as other facilities. We recommend a drink at the swim-up bar followed by a soak in the huge Jacuzzi that looks down over the beach and the glittering bay.

Prices start from £1,219 per person sharing a Classic room on half board for a 7 night stay. Children from 3 years on an extra bed in their parent's room from £108 on half board. These prices include private transfers, accommodation as indicated and Powder Byrne in-resort service. Under 2's travel free with Powder Byrne.
