Before you travel, one of our fitness consultants will offer a personal evaluation of your general fitness, as well as discuss your individual wellbeing plan and objectives, to ensure the best possible training programme is in place for the week. With the help of your trainer, you will work towards these objectives and re-evaluate your fitness levels throughout the week during one-to-one sessions.
As a group, our trainers will take you through low impact morning ‘energiser’ sessions, as well as calming evening warm down sessions.
Additionally, your programme will be complimented by a carefully prepared menu, developed by our on-site nutritionist, focusing on the use of fresh local produce.
